Esquea & Valenzuela offers students of Law, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Social & Corporate Communication, Hotel & Tourism, Marketing, Finance and Auditing, three-month internship opportunities at its Mergers and Acquisitions Desk (MAD).
The MAD is the firm’s unit in charge of deal structuring, financing and execution.
The interns provide support to MAD’s deal pipeline involving the mining, construction, agriculture, retail, food and beverage, banking, tourism and other sectors. Law interns, in particular, also assist in the firm’s legal projects.
Common tasks include the collection of data and information necessary for the conduction of transactions, the analysis of documents and the drafting of reports, among others.
Upon successful completion of the internship period, interns will be eligible for candidacy to the firm’s Associate Program. All interns are provided with a certificate that credits the work done and the period in which they attended the firm.
